Starting to think that CMs say this just to scare people into coming back in time. A few years back we had one actually make us wait the two minutes before we could get in line for Soarin' FP. The next day with the same CM we were allowed in 15 minutes after our designated FP time. I'm guessing it just depends on the CM and what kind of mood they are in at that moment. - KermitFan13

No!! We don't even consider the time period. We go anytime after (not before) and have never had an odd look when it's 12 hrs later even. I can't imagine doing it differently with three kids. I was told once that they allow it knowing that rides close briefly all the time and they never know if you had returned but it was down. - Banfam5

The people in front of me in the RSR line today told me they don't get fast passes for everyone in there group. They said as long as a few in the group have them the CMs let the whole group go. I just shook my head. I think I heard Disneyworld holds to the times strictly. - mhpoker

All the CMs I've seen have always made sure everyone has a pass. They even make sure my son and I both have a pass even though it is only the two of us. My guess is these people probably complain and end up being allowed on that way. It's the only thing that makes any sense as to why a cm would let someone get away with it. - aidensmama 336.6 #446 10:20PM
Seems like they're trying to enforce it now. My husband and I had haunted fastpasses and went back 5 minutes after our allowed time was up and the cm looked at the pass and the clock and kinda made this "we'll allow it" face. - apanda1983
