Forgot to post this last night. From the Vinters menu at napa rose. Flan with raspberries, fresh cream, and that little nugget in the back is a pecan cake cookie crumble ...one of those deserts you eat as of its made specially deconstructed and meant to be combined all at once for ultimate flavor...it was pretty darn good
