Have a question, the kids and I are going to Disney today to gang out and I wanted to do my first RAK, but its my fathers jacket that he cherished (I bought it for him,he never wore)
I thought some one else would cherish it now do u think its ok?
You can RAK it if you wish. I know it will be tough to give up something your father cherished. I wear my father's watch everyday and still have his favorite car that he ever owned. - ScooterMike

This is so incredibly kind!! I'm sure someone else would cherish it just like your father. If you are still attached to it or worried, maybe you should keep it to give to one of your kids. - GodOfWine

Awesome RAK! Are you sure you want to give it away? If it's too big for you a good seamstress can cut it down. I know how hard it is to lose your Dad. - sewgirl

You set your own rules for any Rak.Why do you wonder if it's ok? Did he passed away or did he like you said never wore and you want someone else to enjoy.Any Rak is nice and thoughtful just make sure it's ok with you to give away .=> - pikarich

You sure you don't want to save it for your little man? If not, I think it's a great RAK. Just be sure you want to do this and not have any regrets - meridafan

That is incredibly generous of you, to give away something so meaningful. However, if you're having trouble parting with it, give it to one if the kids. Keep it in the family. 😁 - Waites4DodgerEars
