I was told by a CM last weekend that as of 1/1/13 they were going to start enforcing the Fastpass time windows. Has this come to fruition?

I have been hearing that from one or two cms seance last year in December. They always use the new year as a date for thus claim. I live most of them but I think some of the cms get mixed up and wrong information. - Princess Daisy
