I do recommend a stroller, especially if she's smaller. The crowds are litterally elbow to elbow on NYE. The stroller gives them a "safe zone" from the crush of people. Also, it's easier and faster to walk to the parking structure then it is to wait for the tram, assuming you park in the structure. The adrenelin wears off really fast right after the fireworks at midnight LOL They will have merch with 2013 on it through out the park that you can take a look at. I've seen ears, shirts, sweatshirts, picture frames etc. The biggest advice I can give is bring your patience. Be Flexable. Make good use of the Fast Pass service.
