Just had a great experience with a CM at Space Mt. One of our pictures was deleted because someone else in the car did something they shouldn't have done. CM Kimberlie got us back on the ride immediately & made sure we had our own car, just so we could have a picture. This is just one example of many we have had this week. The CMs at DL are the BEST! Thank you to ALL the wonderful CMs out there that make DL the Happiest Place on Earth! We are headed Kimberlieto City Hall to let them know aboutCM CM Kimberlie.
I actually happen to be CM Kimberlie, and it was my pleasure! I had a few Cm's come up to me at work telling me about your post and it made my day! I love to be part of the magic and figure guests spend so much money to be at Disneyland that theres no reason anyones trip should be less then magical. WOW! This so cool! We just got back home to Oregon & saw your reply! Friday was our last day unfortunately. This trip was our daughter's boyfriend's first time at DL & Space Mt was one of his favorite rides, so we were really happy to get a picture of him on the ride! The first time my daughter rode TOT when she was 5 their pic was pulled thanks to some teens who couldn't control their hands...or their mouths, it took my daughter 6 years to get the courage to ride it again. It's nice to read this CM turned your experience around and you are going to City Hall 😃. - Linzee

I have gone to city hall when we had a great helpful castmember also.
I have also gone when a castmember was so horrible my husband & I got off a ride.
