I got my son and his girlfriend passes for Christmas. She hasn't been since she was a child. She's vegan and I want to make it an unforgettable experience for her when we go Jan 5th. Will the VEGAN MWers out there please post your favorite vegan dishes from the parks here? Thank you!

Download Strawberryguy's book through Amazon.com. Lots of options in there. - susieQzee  480.6 #245 4:53PM
It's called Vegetarian Disneyland. - susieQzee  480.6 #245 4:54PM
Yes, it's a great book! - Vegan7LuvsStitch  799.0 #116 10:03PM
Try searching for Vegan foods here. I tried the cranberry salad about two weeks ago at Paradise Garden Grill and it was delicious. You can also go to city hall and ask for a list of restaurants that have Vegetarian foods at the parks. Have fun :) - KladiaDisneyNinja  195.4 #1693 5:08PM
Ask to speak to a chef anywhere you go, they will be more than happy to help you out! But a little tip, the popcorn is vegan! It does not have any butter on it but coconut oil instead :) - tiggertwin  317.8 #526 10:33PM
I wish I could help! Disneyland broke my longstanding vegan diet a few years ago for my birthday and I've never gone back to the vegan life 😂 When you can't eat a Dole Whip, you know you're in trouble. - cynDOLEwhip  744.1 #137 10:37PM
N'iceCream here in Costa Mesa had a vegan pineapple gelato that tastes like a Dole Whip. ;) - Vegan7LuvsStitch  799.0 #116 11:09PM
Why can't you have a dole whip if you're vegan? There is no dairy in the dole whip. It tastes creamy but it isn't actually a dairy product at all. - Eraf61  264.6 #871 10:17AM
What Susie said, and this has been discussed at length before. Use the search option to find more info about it. - DisneyFanZoe  1096.7 #75 4:56PM
It'll be easier than you think to find vegan food. I personally like carnation cafe and big thunder BBQ :) - TINO  368.3 #374 5:35PM
Some of my favorite foods at Disneyland are: veggie gumbo at the Royal Street Veranda in NOS, vegan burger from the Carnation Cafe, veggie burritos or soft tacos with rice and beans from Rancho Del Zocalo (cinnamon chips for dessert), pasta with marinara sauce from Pizza Port and Mickey pretzels. - Vegan7LuvsStitch  799.0 #116 9:07PM
Those cinnamon chips are delish! - Prettynpink1023  276.2 #761 9:32PM
In the words of you PrettynPink, "Right?!?" Lol. 😂 - Vegan7LuvsStitch  799.0 #116 9:37PM
You just made me hungry - LaPearleNoir  571.8 #192 10:07AM
From DCA, I like the teriyaki tofu bowl from the Lucky Fortune Cookery by the wharf area, tofu skewers with chimichurri sauce and rice from Paradise Garden Grill and pretzel bites from the Cozy Cone. Hopefully this helps! Oh, Ghiradelli has raspberry sorbet and their dark mochas (w/ soy) are vegan. - Vegan7LuvsStitch  799.0 #116 9:14PM
Sounds like lots of great options! - meridafan  1034.2 #83 10:40PM
If there is somewhere specific you want to eat, the dining folks can get you in contact with the chef at that location. They will work with you. I always give them my reservation info when I go over dietary needs. :) - Isis  269.6 #825 1:07AM
Thanks to everyone for your input! I tried searching the subject with not much luck :( I tried different searches and still nothing very informative. Thanks for taking your time. I've got a few options now :) - PirateJedsMommy  141.5 #2418 9:50AM
