I'm just wondering what is on everyone's Christmas dinner table tonight. I am making Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Basil-Curry Mayonnaise, fresh green beans with garlic and olive oil and mashed potatoes. We will toast with sparkling apple Martinelli's. Dessert is a Princess Cake from our local bakery.Whatever is on your menu, I hope your evening is filled with love and laughter!

Left overs from yestersay.Green bean casserole, lobster, prime rib, nacatamales since we are Nicaraguan that's our version of tamales which are 20x bigger and better then mex tamales lol. For the first time that I can remember, it's just our little family for Christmas so we are having my mom's homemade pierogi, kielbasa, broccoli and Christmas cookies. A rather simple meal compared to years past. I might throw in a steak when my hubby gets off work at midnight. - Polkadobo
