Just to survey everyone: How often do you go to the parks? And what kind of camera/video camera and other tech stuff do you have (ie: editing software, microphones, etc)?? Just seeing what kind of supplies we have if we were to capture things in the park
I go probably once every other month or so (I live in Fresno). I have my phone and right before my last trip I bought a Nikon Coolpix camera with 16mp and a 16x zoom. It takes pretty good photos, but the video sound quality isn't that great... - SPandEvLover

I'm in the park at least 3 days a week during the slow season, 5-6 days during the busy season (that's just working). I have a Canon T2i camera that also takes videos and Adobe Premiere editing software on my computer. - BaseballMickey_CM

I am averaging once to twice a month visits with a few days each visit. I carry with me an LG Motion phone along with a Trent charger and sometimes a Nikon D40. I usually have my iPad and a windows laptop back in my hotel room. - MrsMears

Not nearly as much as we'd like. We live near Sacramento and go every 3 months or so, for 3-5 days. Single parent, working part-time, priorities... food, clothing, shelter, then Disneyland. I have a decent enough camera but that's about it. - MamaRoo

i live a half an hour away and get to the parks about once a week. i have an iphone 4s but also a canon t3 and i usually just edit on windows movie maker. - nicoleface

Once a year if I'm lucky because I'm in the bay area. I'm bringing my camera next week for my annual trip. Not sure what it is offhand because it's packed, but it is amazing! As far as editing software goes.... Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut, and Imovie. I used to do a lot of visual effects (Ex: lightsabers) and I go to art school, so I have all these programs for free! - JediDug

I used to go a couple times a month but the last year has been tough money wise. Next month i am getting our passes again and we live 45 min away. I am also trying my hardest to get a new camera. I am looking at the sony alpha series but might go for a d3200. Perhaps someone has some input on that decision. I also have a nikon coolpix and an htc rezound phone. I have premier pro and some other software around. I produced music for several years and have limited video editing knowledge but am a fast learner when something interests me. - DarthSkellington
