So I just checked the forecast for the 28-30th of December and the high is 65 & Sunday has some rain. Would a sweater and scarf be good enough to keep us warm, or will we need to bundle up? I was hoping not to have to bring bags with us to the park other than my purse with some water, money, phone chargers and stuff like that. Advice?
