Just a friendly reminder. Be patient with DL employees. Can't imagine the stress levels and composure needed to work with large crowds the next ten days. Be kind. They all do their best to create a great experience for us all.

So true! On Thursday's crazy day, the CM's were amazing. It was the rude guests that I was getting upset at. Especially the group that cut in front of us in line at the cove bar. I have worked retail and I know how hard it is to work with the public sometimes. There are the ones who are miserable and have no respect for others.
