Looks like DL figured out how to stop people from sharing multi day tickets.
I wonder how the rental places will work now. I know they also rent out aps with no picture set too sometimes. - chris.

Every time I went in with a pictureless AP I had to show photo ID, and you are allowed only a small number of entries until the pass is blocked... - NotSoDapperDan 313.6 #561 12:39PM
When I renewed my AP three months ago I was told that I had 24hrs to get a new picture taken for my pass or I would be blocked. - KermitFan13 411.1 #323 5:59PM
They told me you had three entries without a pic and then they would take your pass away. - Sandcar13 1365.3 #59 3:37PM
That just amazes me... So dishonest! - LaPearleNoir 621.2 #180 7:46PM
I renewed in Sept and did not have to take a new pic. My old one is still appearing when I enter the parks. Is it a new rule to take a new pic? - tballzz 393.5 #349 10:42PM
I've had the same pic for like 5 years. 😜 As far as I know, when you renew online or by mail, they just use your existing photo. You can take a new one if you want. New passes are probably another matter. - bluefairy 629.0 #176 12:02AM
Same thing happened to me, had 24 hrs to take the picture. Makes complete sense! - disneymomma87

The only folks they're cutting any slack on this are those under 16, since most have no I.D. They're also making people get the tickets in their own names. I bought my daughter's ticket online, and a CM had to manually update it, and reprint. They're fighting really hard to cut fraud. - ThatKimberly

When we used our multi-day pass, they reissued our tickets and our names were printed on them. - ima-pirateswife

Any way DL can cut down on fraud is ok by me. - Tom

At WDW they have a thumb print recognition for multi day passes. Seems to work well. - MicheyMouse

I really liked that system. The only time there were problems was when people forgot which finger they used... - PirateQueenBriezy 291.4 #679 8:09PM
Agreed-so easy! Disneyland should get on board with this. I find it really frustrating to get my ID out everytime we leave or switch parks - missyandpaul 255.7 #970 10:29PM
I am really looking forward to DL trying out the security bracelet, but wonder how AP's use it, would have to be removable/washable I think or maybe a new one each time? - secretagentangel

Had to wait a bit on our first day to convert Costco tix to a 4 day pass with our names on it. Yes had to show ID every time. Once I even had to take ID out of my wallet because CM said people are using fake IDs now. If this helps with fraud then it is ok with me. - Dizkid
