WOC FP isn't like a real attraction FP and you don't have to follow the rules of waiting 2 hours or for your first FP window to get another. I.E. you can enter DCA and get a WOC FP right after you get a Soarin' one. You can have more than one set of FP in a day at a time (I've had up to 4), you just can't get a FP until either 2 hours after your last one, or when your first FP window is.
