Has anyone had any issue with the Glow with the Show ears not working? My mom and I each have one, they were hardly ever used, I changed the batteries...and still nothing. Both of them seem to be kaput. Anyone have any tips?

We did to. I asked a cast member and they said if you take them to one of the hat shops they will try to fix. If not they will replace them. This was told to me at DCA, she wasn't sure about DL. - SDKimble 5.7 #9448 12:01AM

We had the same problem. We took it back to the park and it was exchanged for a new one. Hope you're able to do the same! :) - notw12 141.2 #2426 12:03AM

Have you tried changing the batteries? Usually that's makes it act up, if you have changed it, then maybe try one of the hat stores - sleepyhead 368.6 #376 12:33AM

Hi, I had the same problem. I changed the battery, and learned that they need to be left out of the ears for 15-20 minutes before putting them back in. For some reason it re sets them. Hope this helps! - APirateslifeforme31 68.1 #3442 12:36AM
