You're going to be fine. Surgery freaks me out too, but it's a piece of cake (cake?) and when it's all over you'll feel awesome (okay...maybe not right away :)) and people will wait on you and bring you stuff and you don't have to clean house or do laundry for as long as you can get away with it!
