5:50pm. UPDATE: 2nd parade has been cancelled. Still waiting on information for fireworks. For those of you braving the weather today: Parades may be cancelled in favor of Mickey's Rainy Day Cavalcade (holiday version) if the streets do not dry up. Fantasmic may be affected by the rain--Wet stages=not good for performers. Fireworks (set for 9:30) usually are not affected by rain, however if it is too wet to load the cannons, they will also be cancelled. WOC is not affected by the rain as far as I know. Please make sure to have a back up plan for all of these events today!
