RAK! Candlelight Processional December 5th 7:30 show! Two tickets, you can enter for 1 or 2! Rules: tell me why you love Christmas, be a MW member 3 months or longer or get a sponsor! You can enter for someone else, you need valid AP's or expired only since november 12, 2012, and must meet us at ticket booths sometime before 4 preferably but we can be flexible on that! Please enter me for two. Christmas being special for me started with my grandmother who was Danish. She had so many traditions that have carried on through many generations. I remember so many things about having Christmas at her house including an old fashioned Christmas tree with antique ornaments. Christmas at Disneyland has always been special for me also, the park has that hometown feel that Walt wanted to recreate for his guests. The candlelight ceremony has been on my list of things that I've really wanted to see the last few years but have never been able to make it happen for one reason or another. I will be ending this Saturday night and posting winners on sunday morning, if no response in a few hours, I will go to next, too many people are begging me for these tickets but I wanted to share with MW because so many people were bummed about not going. If you are less than 3 months, get a sponsor (maybe the person who told you about this great ap) or I can look at your score too. If it is a combination of wait times or posting in the lounge (I know it takes a long time to get points), then I know you are trying to be a community member and you will be entered. Just trying to keep the people out who only join for these tickets and you never hear from them again, or some just are serial rakkers. I will never forget when we all went to DL on his bday and how happy he was. He passed away suddenly 6 months later. I was proposed to that following Christmas Eve at the Castle on what would have bern my Grandpa's bday. Please add me! For two...my son and I. My parents didn't care for Christmas. Only one Christmas did we receive presents. I still remember my Lego set and the excitement felt! I have fond memories of the kids getting up on Christmas morning and everyone playing with their new toys on the street. Now I am still hoping that each year out does the last since I am in charge of making it special. So far it hasn't. For the past 3 years, my boyfriend has had a close family member die during the holidays. I still try to make it special and I am hoping that this year it comes true.
