We renewed our AP's on Sunday and they had been expired since Nov. 7th. I walked up to the ticket booth and mentioned that I talked to a CM about the $20 discount off each AP. She said since I mentioned it they HAVE to honor the customers request! WOW! We got the discount but the AP's will expire on Nov. 7th of next year not the 25th. No biggie for us. DLR ROCKS! BTW The ticket booth CM, Adrianna said if i had not mentioned the discount she would've had to charge full price. WOW!
