Out of curiosity, when people post Earl of Sandwich wait times are you posting the amount of time it took to reach the order counter, or the total amount of time it took to receive your food?
In all the wait time posting I've done, my understanding is the wait time should be the time it takes before you are served at the counter. - MyPark

It's the time to bake the bread, slaughter the animals, and harvest the vegetables, put it together in a sandwich and bring it to you. so the 30 minute wait time is actually pretty decent. - madsdad

When I went I put the total time from the line to order plus wait to get food so the combo which is what I think it should be - TikiJOSEsWingman
