Sorry Piratelife4me, I fell asleep and didn't see your question until now. The Mission Inn decorates with tons of lights and figurines, they have horse carriage rides but you mainly just walk around. If it's not too busy, you can walk around the inside of the hotel, which is decorated as well. It's very festive and it's free. Most parking is free but, if it's crowded, parking is hard to find.
