I just made reservations for Carthay Circle on January 3rd when I'm at the parks. Now I am looking for recommendations! What is your favorite entree, appetizer, drink etc? :)

the cheddar bacon biscuits are supposedly "the deal". if you do bacon absolutely get those. I love the Heirloom Tomato salad. If you are a vegetarian ask them for the "off menu" items.
