I have AT&T and am lucky if I'm able to enter in one or two wait times because of how bad my service is 😔 - GrimGrinningAmanda

Sometimes it helps to turn off the phone and back on. It resets the phone to the closest towers. I got a text from AT&T once to call them. When I made the call (we were traveling), I was in an AT&T area, but my phone was pinging off 5 cell towers: Sprint, t-mobile, and random local co. That put me back on 1 tower nearest me (tech checked it for me). It might help if you travel to get to DL. - Sugarbuzz 55.5 #3699 9:28AM
Thank you for this! I'll have to try it next time I'm in the Parks! - GrimGrinningAmanda 323.8 #523 9:30AM
They also have an app called Mark the spot. You notify them when/where you get slow service. This way they can improve the signals. - Sugarbuzz 55.5 #3699 9:35AM
Thinking about it, just like the phone co can lower the speed for those of us with unlimited, I bet they can slow down the networks for all if the parks are busy. This way only calls go thru. Not sure, but a pretty good probability. I'm sure there is a way to figure out which tower(s) are overloaded. Just a thought. - Sugarbuzz 55.5 #3699 9:40AM
I didn't have any problems with AT&T but it doesn't mean it doesn't happen as we have seen. - EveandWalle 226.8 #1311 9:44PM
AT&T since forever. We have had pretty good service with them. No complaints. I like that we can replace the SIM card when needed. I do that when ever my phone gets to buggy or the chips get upgraded. Easier to share old phones when the kids lose one. - Sugarbuzz

SIM cards are another bonus. I love I can switch phones as I want without calling to activate. - KissDclown 1088.4 #77 9:25AM
I know. I told my kids that it was an advantage overseas (navy). They can buy a local SIM card, and call home. Just do a prepaid sim. No international plan or fees needed. - Sugarbuzz 55.5 #3699 9:31AM
AT&T...left for T-mobile when it turned into Cingular. Went back when it turned back to AT&T. Tmobile was horrible and so was Cingular. I've had AT&T since it was LA Cellular out here. I've never been disappointed with any service. - KissDclown

I've had At&T since Cingular (and Pacbell)... Had it since I was 19, and I have had no problems with anything so far. They make sure to satisfy my customer needs, and I have reception where no other person (even other AT&T iPhone users) has reception - like my office room that I call "The Dungeon" - LaTruce

I have T-Mobile as well and it is HORRIBLE in the parks and almost everywhere else too. Unfortunately I'm stuck in a contract for another 18 months. - Ldgsg

Tmobile, can get service sometimes at the park but not on super busy days like yesterday until about 9pm! I have had all the companies, tmobile seems to give me more long term discounts, was going to switch though, but now with the new merger starting in January, I will wait and see. They are starting a new plan called bring your own phone, which a million already do for them just with the iphone and several million with droids. So will see if it is a good plan and any kind of service upgrade. DL is my only problem area unless it is foggy by the beach, then it is bad there too. - secretagentangel

When I was married we had Cingular and Sprint. After my divorce I switched to AT&T because of the teacher discount they provided. Been with them ever since. Plus they were the only ones who provided the iPhone when it first came out. - Diznimom
