Make sure you check out the newer holiday offerings like Cars Land, Buena Vista Street and the Jingle Jangle Jamboree (Frontierland). There's always the attractions that offer the holiday overlays like HM and Small World. And almost every food location is offering some special holiday specialty too. I try to have a taste of all the special food they have for a limited time. Also all the decorations - staying true to the Disney way, there are SO MANY details.
