My Romney photo made it on to several websites, but I like how this UK site gives MW the credit! :)
Thanks everyone. The whole time I kept thinking, "Photo or it didn't happen." As soon as I got it, my daughter said, "You gotta put it on MouseWait!". I frantically tried posting it for 10 minutes. It finally loaded when we got on the bus and left Disney property. I guess the cell towers were overloaded with Romney excitement. - moomooluvr

If you really don't want the pictures places that aren't giving you or MW credit, you could legally tell them to take them down. Photos are copyrighted to the photographer the moment they are made and can't be copied or distributed without permission legally. - shadowgamer 1959.3 #36 10:02AM
They can not, but many people break that rule "because it's the internet". When I had a site, people would steal pictures all the time. I would have to write to the site owner to get them down, or give me credit. Some posted without my permission but gave credit, and I didn't bother - because it brought more traffic to my site. I warn several times, then get my lawyer on them if they still refuse. It worked every time (that I know of). But it's true that the photographer owns the copyright. - LaTruce 1675.6 #45 11:23AM
