With Thanksgiving approaching quickly, do you try to stay on plan for the Holidays or do you "enjoy" the day and all it's goodness?
Good morning! I enjoy my favorite foods during the day, but I hate feeling too stuffed. I don't eat the things I'm just ho-hum about, I eat lots of salad/veggies, and I only have small portions of the things I love. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

I'm with SOS, I do a combination....I allow myself to eat a few things that I wouldn't normally have as part of my everyday diet, but I also don't indulge with reckless abandon. I stop when I'm full and try to eat a balance between the healthy options and the "treats". - D55CR

Thanksgiving is one of the only days where I don't care at all about food, calories, fat, etc. I indulge and eat whatever. I figure 1 day won't kill me and if it does, at least I'll die happy! 😜 - PirateQueenBriezy

Lol, we hosted this year and we had some of my husband's family come over early to help. They all arrived with chest colds, yuck--we didn't know they'd be sick. My appetite was kinda ruined, so I didn't eat that much! - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.3 #285 10:15AM
