Dinner last night at the Napa Rose: Signature Pizzetta - "La Quercia" Smoked American Prosciutto, Red Flame Grapes, Caramelized Onions, & Cambozola Cheese $15. The Cambozola cheese is like a mix between Brie and a blue cheese. Between that and the grapes, it sort of tasted like a cheese plate on a pizza. It was absolutely delicious!
