"Where the magic begins" Partners statue surrounded by poinsettias. Seems like the partners statue has been here longer than since 1993. (Rededicated in 2001)

I think it was installed in the early 90's. The plaque says 'rededicated'...I'm not positive about all this though. - Linzee 516.6 #226 12:05PM
