Say thank you and smile at Cast Members :) If a cast member is awesome, go to city hall and compliment them by name and location (example: Mike from San Diego in Fantasyland) It will make their day/night and help their Disney career. (please share this with everyone you know)

If a cast member is not being nice give them a chance to fix the problem before you go to city hall and complain.also you can ask to speak to a supervisor too. Let them fix it before it gets to city hall. Those poor city hall CMs. Are so busy! - scottmouse 16.8 #5411 10:30AM
^Scottmouse is correct. Unless the issue is something that needs to be seen at a higher level, try talking to the supervisor or another CM first. A lot of times it might be a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication. I always feel warm and fuzzy inside everytime I go to city hall and give a compliment to a CM! Anything to make their day a little brighter is always plus, especially because they already do so much for park goers, aknowledging their kindness and dedication to Disney guests is the least I could do :) yay for CMs! - PrincessMacy
