I rode this for the first time this past Thursday and it really wasn't so bad. However, I did have two beers before getting on so that might have helped. :) - aidensmama

You can do it! When on TOT with my then 6 yr old who was the only child on the ride at 11pm, she heard another rider say how scared they were and she responded very matter of fact, "don't worry! You'll be alright ! I've done this before!". Every adult in the elevator let out a collective "ahhhhh" and giggle! Great moment ! You'll love it! - breadNbutterflies
