Just want to express how amazed I am that after losing my camera in Adventureland yesterday, that it made it's way to Lost and Found. Possibly the only place in the world where this sort of honesty exists. Simply amazing.
Anyone else have a positive experience like this in the park?
I once lost my mind. They found that too. But I decided to pass on it. - Experiment818

My kids and I have turned in 8 iPhones, 5 cameras, and 1iPad this year. We started taking a picture of us holding a note that says enjoy the magic. - MeridasHair

I left my phone in a bathroom stall once (fell out of my pocket and I didn't notice) and after I was washing my hands, I went to check the time on my phone, and I couldn't find it! So when I turned to go back to my stall, a nice lady was walking out and saw my 'panicked, obviously lost her phone' face, and gave me my phone she found :) turns out she's actually on MW! Haha but I cannot remember her screen name, she doesn't get on much, but if she happens to log in and see this, I hope she knows I think about her honesty and how thankful I am that I got my phone back because of her often and it's that kind of kindness that helps restore my hope in the world lol - AvidDisneyThrifter220

Yes. In July I lost my camera in DCA. Noticed when I took my daughter to meet Tangled. Ran back to DCA, it wasn't there. Checked city hall, not there. Went to lost and found outside DL and someone had turned it in, and I made it just in time for my daughter to meet Tangled! - ShannonAzevedo

Last December my grandmas blanket fell around the tree on Main St and this lady literally ran from there to Adventureland where she found us. She was so out of breath but glad she found us and we were glad she took the time to do a simple thing. - iamdugsmaster

My sister's wallet fell out of her jacket pocket on the Matterhorn a few years ago. Not only was it turned into Lost and Found within an hour of her losing it, but all of her cash, cards, etc. were still in there! Hadn't been touched at all! She was so grateful! - preggoprincess

Completely agree. Last week I accidently left my handbag with my camera & AP at a bench we stop at to sit for a bit by big thunder it, we walked away & a minute later I realized i had left it at the bench. I ran back to see if it was still there & it wasnt :/ lucky someone picked it up & gave it to a CM at big thunder & I got it back :) I was so happy. - AandV

Mrsblue dropped her wallet with her family's APs, credit cards, and hundreds in cash exiting space mountain! It had only been minutes, but it was found, turned in to a cm, and given to a lead, with everything still inside! - bluefairy

This is a true story! I was freaking OUT! It had also my ID hotel room keys and my entire life in it! The lead when he gave it back said there was NO cash in it. My heart fell but when I opened it all of my cash was still there! Almost 500 - Mrsblue 692.4 #145 12:50AM
And I didn't have to kill the kid who dropped it out of my back pack 😂😂😂😂 - Mrsblue 692.4 #145 12:50AM
Love stories like this! One of my daughters left her backpack on Astro Blasters one time and we never got it back. Nothing of monetary value, but her lanyard, years worth of pins. We were bummed 😟but hoping we were in the minority for that happening. So glad you got it back! Pictures are priceless! - melissa_ficent

About 5 years ago my husband lost his new fancy construction grade cell phone on Star Tours...he got it back the next day from Lost and Found. When my daughter was 2 she lost her favorite (dirty and beat up) little stuffed fishy and miraculously it was mailed to us less then a week after we got home. I thought the fish was a goner, but some kind soul turned it in. - Linzee

Yep I turned in a silver bracelet with diamonds before. I always say if I loose something like this, I would want someone to return it as well :D - annjay07
