There is actually a whey separator. It is a W shape. I make my own yogurt, then drain it to make plain Greek yogurt. Another cheat, is to use one of those metal coffee filters. Just put it in a wide mouth jar, cover with Saran Wrap. Let drain. Not as fast as the W one, but works. Use a new coffee filter though. - Sugarbuzz 44.3 #3869 11:11PM
