Is the 15 minute lot on Harbor just south of the old HarborHouse entrance only for pick up/drop offs, or can that lot be used for ticket purchases? Does there need to be someone in the vehicle at all times, or can I park there and swap my eTicket printout for an AP? Yes, I did search, but I didn't find any posts with the info... Thanks! Oh, and also, do you need to enter the park the same day as the pass is purchased? (Last time I did this pass holders still had to go to the BoA building for the pass picture before the pass was actually issued...)
It's no longer a parking lot. That area is now pick up/drop off only. It's monitored by parking CM's b - lostgirl7988

it is? I have waited there for a pick up before and have seen cars just sitting there for well over half an hour. Maybe they are enforcing it, like the fps :P - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1802.5 #42 5:07PM
They recently redid the whole area. There aren't even parking spaces anymore. Just lanes for pick up and drop off. - lostgirl7988 541.6 #208 5:12PM
I've been having a preggo craving for churros lately. Thank you. *tips hat* - lostgirl7988 541.6 #208 5:15PM
Oh, good thing I asked... Last time I was there DCA hadn't even started construction... - NotSoDapperDan 303.3 #595 5:36PM
Yes, that lot is drop off pick up only. There must be one person in the vehicle at all times due to Disney's concern for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. - NotSoDapperDan 303.3 #595 10:24PM
I completely forgot about the McD's! Great idea! - NotSoDapperDan 303.3 #595 5:30PM
can ya get me a hot fudge sundae with XXL fudge? Thanx - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1802.5 #42 6:14PM
Be careful with McDonalds. I've seen them tow people for being there too long. - lostgirl7988 541.6 #208 6:24PM
I see empty cars there often. I would park and skip. As for the pic, I believe they use the old one, if you already had an AP or a new pic will be taken by the CMs that do PhotoPass. It really is much easier now. Enjoy! - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

I would be really surprised if my picture from 1995 was still on file... I have noticed from the pictures of AP's people have posted that they do not have the holders photo on them anymore. - NotSoDapperDan 303.3 #595 5:39PM
When we renewed our APs after not having them for a year and a half, they told me they keep photos on file for 2 years.

I just got my new ap after not having it for a year and a half a the beginning of Nov. I was told my old pic was on file but would still have to find a photographer to take a new pic. The CM told me if he linked the old pic to my new pass it would void it. - SBsnowwhite
