This may be only me but when I am in the parks I get really bad stomachaches and hedacae .... Does anyone else have that problems ?

Just a word of caution: while there is a lot of good advice on here about what to take (medicines), NONE of us know your medical history or tolerance to medications. Please do not accept any medical advice on here from certainly well meaning MW-ers as a prescription! None of us are your personal physician and can't make these decisions for you. - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 8:51AM
Well, years ago I used to have similar symptoms. For me, it was merely the excitement and anticipation of going to Disneyland!! I can't begin to guess what it could be for you. I still get excited, but the physical discomforts have gone away. Try to relax and have a great day.. I think others more qualified have given you good advise for your symptoms. - IMissDisney  1205.7 #144 8:31AM
Stay hydrated, post this in the Hub and seek medical advice on Mayo Clinic, com. Lots of MW'rs trying to post live pix from the parks, RAKs and their vacation experience. - splashphotoCM  885.6 #206 10:40AM
I use to get really bad headaches. Take two Advil before going to the park and STAY HYDRATED! - AshleyLynn22  791.2 #233 7:31AM
I can only take one Advil because that still even a little overdose for me and the funny thank is you know the big tall gatorades I can drink two of those in one day full of water - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 7:35AM
Keep that up! :) sorry I in no way meant to tell you what you should do. I take the Advil for my own benefit, and that was only a suggestion. :) - AshleyLynn22  791.2 #233 11:24AM
Snort some powdered Elephant tusk. Works every time. - Mouse4life  1681.1 #100 11:36AM
Sorry that happens to you.....has never happened to me...I'm probably more relaxed there than anywhere else so I usually feel pretty darn good :) - TiggerBelle  515.6 #408 5:29AM
Very sorry that happens to you. I hope I never become allergic to Disneyland!!! - Tealtownfan  1015.6 #184 6:47AM
So sorry that happens to you. Make sure you are drinking enough. Sometimes my kids will get headaches for that reason. Disneyland is an exciting place to be, that can cause it too. Also food allergies. MSG- a flavor enhancer is a main culprit . If you have a sensitivity, it will usually manifest itself by headache. If you have such a sensitivity, it might be more pronounced at DL because you may be dehydrated too! Try packing a sandwich and fruit, Nd see if it u feel better! I hope this helps because it isn't fun at the parks when you don't feel good! - 7mouskedoodles  371.6 #613 7:05AM
As a medic, my first question to you would be: when exactly does the onset of your symptoms first start? - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 7:16AM
Stomachache right when we are near the gate - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 7:24AM
Second question: what makes it worse? - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 7:26AM
The smells of food - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 7:30AM
Third question: do you have any food allergies? - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 7:36AM
Nope - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 7:38AM
Okay, another question: does this happen each time you come to Disneyland? - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 7:42AM
Do you smoke? - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 7:48AM
Yea - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 8:00AM
I don't smpke - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 8:01AM
My best guess is that you are having an olfactory overload and possibly allergic to certain smells. With the number of people at Disneyland, there is no telling exactly what you might be smelling that is actually causing the problem. Even though there are smoking areas, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke myself and get headaches if smoke is in the air. What I do that helps is put a dab of Vicks or something of that nature just under my nose. It helps block out the other smells and I don't get overloaded with other smells from the park. Don't take any medications on an empty stomach, especially ibuprofen (Advil) as it can upset your stomach too. - DisneyDavidEMT  2631.5 #49 8:08AM
awesome, DD69! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ - misschurro  6362.4 #17 8:35AM
Great advice! - disneymomma87  216.5 #1778 10:21AM
DD69 is right on here!! I suffer from migraines and they always start with an upset stomach. But my triggers are smells and Disneyland is a very fragrant place! Luckily I love the smells of D-Land and its one of the few places I can go unaffected, but there are so many smells, flowers, food, rides, people, etc... You really should talk to a doctor before your next visit so you can enjoy your Disney experience fully πŸ˜€ - hatgal76  449.8 #489 10:55AM
Tylenol will be helpful in this case. Keep hydrate. Hope you will feeling better. - RapunzalK  196.7 #2033 7:19AM
That's funny you say that cuz when I was there in sept I had a migraine almost every day for a week leading up to our trip, even had one in the car on the road down, but once I was in he parks it was gone for those 3 days! It was so wonderful! Then when we headed home it can back instantly :( I'm sorry you get them at the parks. I agree though, make sure you drink enough water and maybe caffeine will help too. - brodysmommy  430.9 #508 7:22AM
I only get that way when Christmas shopping with the crowds - E-Ticket  1466.9 #115 7:26AM
I get nauseated and warm when checking out. Always have to take my hoodie off. - misschurro  6362.4 #17 8:36AM
anxiety related symptoms perhaps? - Tammery  239.6 #1480 7:29AM
Eh maybe - Disneyfreakem  130.3 #3046 7:41AM
Maybe try Pepcid AC to control stomach acid. This can cause upset stomach and stomach ache. Avoid sodas and coffee. Maybe bring in your own food to avoid anything greasy. Tylenol for headache too. Feel better. - DisneyGrandma  877.2 #210 7:53AM
It could be the additives or seasoning in the food. Maybe try to bring some type of medicine or next time eat your own food only and see if that helps. - aidensmama  340.3 #704 10:09AM
