I was wondering if anyone can help with information regarding this watch. Story has it that Disneyland gave these watches to Anaheim FD in the 70's. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
I do believe that is Mickey Mouse. That's all the info I have. - Mouse4life

The person who owns it wants to sell it. I, of course want to buy it. Without any info on it, he can't set a price. - firemomof2

I could only find one pic of it onto google @ watchophilia.com. There was no info. The maker was not known, either. So no price. I am no expert, but it def would be a collectors item. Any price being thrown around? - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1797.4 #42 9:04PM
also, the pic I saw, the band was more of a crocodile pattern. This looks smoother. So I wonder if this is a newer band or which is original - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1797.4 #42 9:06PM
I saw the same thing. The band isn't the original one. eBay had one but sold and it doesn't show what it sold for. - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 9:28PM
hm. then you have no reference. oy. anything similar that you could get a price? - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1797.4 #42 9:32PM
also, a newer band would knock the price down a lil, I watch those pawn shows πππ - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1797.4 #42 9:33PM
That's what I said! Price goes down due to not having original band! Lol! - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 10:02PM
What does the back say? That would help & is maker Lorus or Seiko? - ShariRenee

There isn't any brand markings other than a Disney stamp on it. - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 9:30PM
I'll have to take a second look at it. - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 10:17PM
Have a look. Just Disney on the front does not seem right. My stapdad loved his Disney watches and they all had markings on back side. That being said it looks good and like churro said band? Could have been origianal but leather was very popular in 70's and pattern could be worn out. Some go for $35 and up. Just don't overpay and a cool gift. But more info needed so you know what you have? No info from dealer? - ShariRenee

Here's the story on how got it. It came from his father in law. His father in law was in Vegas playing cards when the guy next to him lost all his cash. He asked me him to spot him a $100 chip in exchange for this watch. He said he was a fireman in Anaheim and Disney at some point gave it them (FD)are watches as a thank you. The watch was stored for along time until the owner passed. - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 10:52PM
why can't he RAK it off to you? sheesh! I would! - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint 1797.4 #42 10:59PM
Right?! When he first brought it up, I was thinking he was going to offer it to me, nope. Lol! - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 4:23AM
I know there has been FD watches sold in the past.. But until until the recent past the FD in Disney where Disney employees. No city FD
Unless the back of the watch has a Disney mark I am leaning to the side of not real...
Something about the story just dose not seam right.. - Fantasmic! fan1

There is a Disney mark on the back as well as the front. - firemomof2 128.4 #2600 4:20AM
I did a google search on "mickey mouse as a fireman on a watch" on the images tab I saw the watch similar to the one you have pictured. It says its a Skeleton watch, extremely rare, and it sold on eBay for 43.52. The band does look like it was changed cause the one on eBay looks different then the one you have. Hope this helps. π - Waites4DodgerEars
