Anyone have any idea why my MW rank is 80.27 (which it is), but when I comment it shows 17.4 (or some smaller number close to that?)

Mine is doing something similar.. I emailed Admin a few days ago about it. I've seen several other posts with similar issues. You're not the only one. If I hear something back from Admin I'll let ya know.. - mousejedi

Mine was like that I emailed admin and he fixed it. Just send him an email it takes awhile though to get a response. But he'll get back to you and they will fix it - Hendizl
