What an amazing weekend I had in Disneyland with my mom! She did not know what to expect and was thrilled to be shown around. We got her a First Visit badge, went on a train ride around the Park, and got her some Ears. Strolled down Main Street and went around Disneyland. By chance we stood behind PikaRich and OhanaStitch &fam at the HM. They had wonderful gifts for us. Sunday I heard something like, "Are you Churro?" I turned and answered Yes- it was ninodj_CM. So nice of him to stop up and say hello- very nice MWer:)
Sunday before the meetup I had butterflies, like a first date or something 😂😂. As my mom and I walked down the ramp to POTC, from Adventureland, I could see a HUGE group of MWers! just then MrsMears and her husband greeted us. They had JUST gotten off a cruise ship, came to DL for this meetup and were headed home after. I was so touched! As we made our way through the POTC queue that nearly extended to the Golden Horseshoe (well, kinda) I said, "Hi everyone! It's me, Churro!" to what seemed about 35 people. There were cheers (and tears from me) What a fantastic group! You may have seen the post that ScooterMike posted with me holding the cutest statue of Minnie as a Plaid. ( thanks SO much to the Strawberries, CAB, LaPearleNoir, CyndelGrace, Duchess, and ScooterMike). On POTC we Tapped, cruised, and then chatted for a while. Then Vegan7LuvsStitch presented me with a little box of 4 delicious cupcakes- enjoying them now. Thank you so much. My mom and I talked about this meetup and all the wonderful people we met most of the 365 miles back home. THANK YOU everyone! Especially Admin! (hope I didn't forget anyone)

No, she's brought me to Disneyland for the first time when I was 6 months old. We've been lots of times. But I live here in So.
