maybe a cm can give a bit of info. in my three years of going to the parks the band have never been announced on the flyers. we go and sit for the parades and they got announced the day off and usually walk before the actual parade starts about 15 minutes before. - pikarich  582.3 #188 12:14PM

HS bands usually perform before the first parade, about 5-10 minutes prior. If there are multiple bands, some will march before the second parade.
