Query: Can you get pomme frites anywhere in the park besides Cafe Orleans?

Hi, they are cut thin then cooked for 3 minutes and taken out of oil to dry then fryed again quickly. Almost always served in a paper cone with a lot garlic/parsley/butter and a flavored ketchup (curry etc). Seems simple but amazing difference sometimes with aged parmesan. - ShariRenee 1505.7 #51 6:17PM
