I had the best day today with my mom at DL and DCA!! We started the day at Company D with Deltachiq, Bubbymia, Mouse4Life and MaidMiriam. Then we headed to have lunch at Earl of Sandwich. My mom and I both got the Holiday. Just picture your Thanksgiving dinner all in a sandwich!! There was turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce all in the sandwich!! It was amazing!! We then headed to DL and we walked around a bit. After that, my mom and I headed to DCA. My mom had never seen BVS and she loved it!! She grew up in Pasadena, so it reminded her of her childhood!! I had to give her a tour of Carthay Circle and she did not want to leave!! She fell in love with it. We then headed to Carsland and it was her first time being there. She couldn't stop talking about how unbelievable everything was!! We got to watch the lights turn on, which she loved too!! We went on Mater's and had a blast and then on RSR!! She was a bit hesitant to ride it but once it was over, she was hooked!!! It was fun to get to ride with BCC and xsdesign too!! On our way out we took a pic at the Partner's statue and our photopass CM was Debbie, who is a MWer too!! Then just as we were walking out, we got to see VeloMouseGirl and all the Sandcars!!!! My mom has always loved DCA since it opened. Now that she has experienced the new look of it, she has fallen back in love with it even more!! I just wished she still had a pass! Thank You again Amy for getting my mom in today!! I haven't spent the day with just her and I in a long time and we had the perfect day!!! :)
