Since I've seen so many posts about Candlelight I thought I'd share the info I have so far from being a part of the cast choir. Candlelight will take place from December 1-December 20. The first two nights will be invitation only for fancy people (i.e. Bob Iger, other park VIPs and anyone cool enough to get an invite). In years past the processional has started by its a small world and gone the entire parade route, however it will be different this year. The processional will start near the Plaza Inn on the little red wagon corn dog cart side (don't worry. Corn dogs will still be available! 😂) and continue all the way down Main Street to the train station. Show times for all twenty nights are 5:30pm and 7:30pm. As always, guests are welcome to gather in town square and enjoy the show. During the day the Christmas Fantasy parade will have one showing starting at its a small world and running down to town square. Instead of looping around town square (since there will be a bunch of stuff in the way) the parade will simply turn left at the end of Main Street and exit where it normally would. That's all I know for now but I will update as more information comes my way!
Just to add in something: If the setup is the same, the train will NOT stop at the Main Street Station and will continue on to the NOS stop - BaseballMickey_CM

^yes. And also, the Main Street Stores and the Jungle Cruise will also be closed (guess the hippos can't attack during the show) - BaseballMickey_CM 2858.9 #16 9:20PM
its not just the gunfire, the boats are loud...its amazing the things you can hear when its super quite in the parks - Dave 8647.7 #2 10:12PM
Just talked to a couple Jungle CMs now and they said Jungle will actually be open during the shows this year sans gunfire and with audio on that side of the cruise turned off. - IDVandalSkipperCM 1297.2 #63 10:21PM
thanks for sharing, however in reviewing disneys website they have noted the christmas fantasy parades at different times in nov and dec. on weekends in nov it has the parades at 3 and 5pm while weekday is one performance at 4 or 5pm. in december when there is two the times are listed at 1pm and 3pm and either 3 or 4pm for one day performances.guess we have to check it daily to see what happen. i love this parade and it the only one that i know off where two performance alsways get crowed. - pikarich

i love this parade ,its my favorite time of the year and i know the standard clause from disney about attractions/shows can be cancelled without notice - pikarich 614.3 #177 9:27PM
opps and congrats on being on the choir it is an honor - pikarich 614.3 #177 9:28PM
Also, if they set up is the same, those who want to wait and see the second show, there will lines forming on each side of Main Street during the first show (I know, you can still hear the show). After the first show clears out, those in line can then find a place to stand. - BaseballMickey_CM
