I will be going on my first cruise this Sunday and wanted to know if anyone has any good tips. The one thing I've not been able to find is do I need to pack a beach towel or does Disney provide one?

We just went in Sept. Bring a highlighter so you can mark your activities on the navigator. Print out Disney stuff online and bring scotch tape so you can decorate your door. If you are bringing little ones make sure they are careful on the Mickey Pool ears. It's very slippery and not child proof. In fact it has very dangerous edges metal edges on the ramp. Not sure why it was built the way it was. My daughter fell the 1st day and had to have stitches! The crew was not helpful in the situation at all. Very nonDisney like. Ruined our whole trip! If you have a problem with your room or noise they are great and bend over backwards but not if your child gets injured. So aweful. Besides that have fun and make sure to have a Mickey bar for dessert! - ceecee32

you are going to have such a great time. the cruise was honestly one of the best vacations ive ever taken. make sure you check out the adult areas, the lounges are so impressively decorated and the adult pool and hot tub is a nice quiet area. also check out the entertainment/shows. what ship are you going on? - Pixarprincess

another good tip is that you can order extras at meals, one night i wanted the steak but was interested in tasting the salmon, i let our waiter know and he brought my steak meal and a small portion of the salmon for me to try. we knew we could do this but were sort of embarrassed about it until then, but you shouldnt be. they are there to make sure you have the best possible time and will do anything they can to make your meal outstanding. - Pixarprincess 531.4 #213 11:01AM
