Fast pass machine is in Bugs Land. So as you enter DCA, depending what time you are done eating, the line may wrap around the street. Ask any Cast Member. No they are not inside Carsland...they are right inside BugsLand. Just remember all tickets must have gone through the turnstiles in order to get fast passes..if not all the people in your party have used the ticket for that day you cannot get fast passes for anything. It's just my mother and I, so we'll go into dca at 9 because it's an early entry day, grab our fast passes without seeing carsland woohoo and then make our way over to Disneyland for our 9:40 reservation.
