I know this lounge expects positive posts, but I feel like I should share my dinner experience at carnation cafe tonight. The potato soup was less than warm, and my fried chicken was over done from sitting under the lamp to long. Not to mention the fact that the grave was literally cold. The grave was actually curdling, that's how cold it was. I never complain about food b/c I get embarrassed, so I just dealt with it. I was shocked. On a positive note, the lemonade was incredible.

Truly you should have spoken to someone who could have helped you at Disneyland. We cannot help and it's against MouseWait rules to complain here. Hopefully next time you will speak up :) - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

Sorry you had a bad experience. I used to be in that same boat about being embarrassed about complaining about food, but I found if you are honest, but nice about it they will take care of you in one way or another. Especially Disney. I've read many reviews on here about someone having a bad experience and they were compensated in some way. Sorry about your cold meal! :-( - Fanatic4Disney

We had a bad experience at goofys kitchen last time we were terr and complained and actually thanked us for saying something. They said they never know if try are doing bad and need to fix something if they don't know! Kind of makes sense. They can't fix it if you don't speak up! - akpoppins
