I am seriously craving this Ropa Vieja and empanada...These two dishes are in my top of all the ones I had at the food and wine festival...The Ropa was probably one of the best I have ever had...I could use a huge bowl of that right now...The empanada had tons of flavors, cooked perfectly and stuffed to the max with beef and spices and the crust was so nice and flaky....The flan was not that great, way to rich and think for my taste - Dave
