UPDATE: ASKED A GUEST RELATIONS CM AND HE CONFIRMED IT. I'm hearing rumors of a special Halloween Screams showing tonight because it was cancelled last night. Yes, this is for the GENERAL PUBLIC. Can anyone confirm or deny?
