Fireworks canceled due to wind!!!
It was so windy and dry today that they started warning CMs on the parade route around 1. When it's that dry and windy, a lot of static forms in the air which is dangerous for loading and firing the fireworks. Safety first! Apparently this is also what happened last holiday around Christmas. - IDVandalSkipperCM

I was at one of the eating areas and someone asked if they could open the umbrellas. The cm said no because it was hazardous due to the wind. I cod only imagine how dangerous fireworks could be in this case. - aidensmama 336.6 #446 1:11AM

I would be SO upset. To pay money to go and watch the BEST firework show ever and not have it go on. 😡😤😡 I would want half my money back. That's probably the ONLY reason I go to the MHP! But please, I would feel bad if someone got hurt. So I understand why...but would still be mad! - dsnymom2bandb
