I'm heading in right now to DCA. Is it more or less busy tonight due to the Halloween party? I was hoping to get to the park early and hang out in Disneyland for a while to see all the costumes, but I'm heading out too late and don't have a ticket for the party. :( Do you they allow people from the party to go over to DCA in costume?
