how strict are they about not letting us wear our costumes in to DL before the start time of Halloween party?

I agree with SIC...but last weekend I noticed a few adults wearing costumes during regular hours. I was shocked that they let them in. And if they changed in the park, why the CMs did not have them leave or change. - Gia 785.5 #121 12:01PM
