I had the same phone and my vivid shattered. With my insurance, AT&T wanted $200 to fix it, htc wanted $160 to fix it and then I found someone to fix it for $100 and went with that option, after that, my S didn't work. I would get A and D instead, the battery would die after 45 minutes of use, and it took the guy a little over an hour. I would and should have paid the company to fix my phone because now I'm using my husbands iPhone 4 because I got so irritated using my vivid. I'm not a techno-genius.. but typically for a touch screen phone, if the screen is broken, it has to be sent to the manufacturer and they will usually send back a replacement.. =/ - mousejedi  273.0 #799 5:41PM

Apple store can fix them sometimes if its an iPhone. Also alot of cell phone accessory stores fix screens. I would do a google search for screen repair Anaheim. They are all over in OC, you should be able to find somewhere! - Minnis2Society  360.0 #388 6:06PM
