Honestly was thinking of easy costumes and thought of an umpalumpia (white shorts/pants, brown shirt, make suspenders and a green wig), a flower (attach petals to a hat with cardboard or material, and wear all green), where's Waldo can easily be created, a crazy house wife with rollers and bathrobe, princess with a crown and a sash for a beauty queen, I'm sure I can think of more - MarshaMouse

I don't know how much time you have, but if you can do a couple seams worth of sewing, maybe madam mim and Merlin. Wizard wigs are at all of the Halloween store. Purple hair via wig, spray or koolaid. If you don't have time to sew at all, a red skirt and purple tank could be used to emulate the pretty Madame mim (which I think would be easier for you to pull off anyway). Then get an angel costume or something similar and dye the robe blue. Hope this helps. Was going to try to do this next year myself, but I don't mind if you try it first.😊 - LittleAprilShowers
